The passwords originally sent by email were generated by the system and are not very easy to remember. To change your password:

1) Login with your original password ( sent to you by email )

2) Once you are in, click on your name:

3) Clicking on your name will open a screen similar to the following:

3) Clicking on the "Manage Password" link will open a screen like the following where you can make your changes:

4) Change your password to something that you like and click "Change Password".  You are done.
